This Great Place To Work® 2025 recognition is based on the results of the survey conducted from June 3 to 24, 2025, in which 87% of our employees took part. This record level of participation provides an accurate reflection of their views on their working environment and helps identify our strengths and areas for improvement.
Great Place To Work 2025 – results in figures, key indicators for moving forward together :
- 73% of respondents consider Saipol a company where it is truly good to work.
- 67% express a positive view across all the dimensions evaluated.

- An inclusive environment: the perception of a climate of respect and openness remains a strong hallmark of Saipol’s culture.
At the same time, we continue to strive for greater transparency and communication, while recognizing and celebrating individual and collective career paths and achievements.
Once again this year, the survey confirms the strong commitment of our teams and their pride in working at Saipol. Our objective is clear: to work with them to develop a concrete action plan based on their feedback, in order to strengthen trust, recognition and everyone’s sense of fulfillment.
