A model of trust and commitment, recognised for the third consecutive year

Saipol has been awarded Great Place to Work certification for the third year running, a success which illustrates the company's commitment to offering its employees a working environment based on trust, respect and collaboration.

With a participation rate of 73% in the 2024 survey, Saipol is proud to be able to count on collective efforts to ensure that this survey reflects the reality of everyday life in the workplace, and thus enables concrete action to be taken to improve working conditions for everyone.

– A LONG-TERM COMMITMENT

For the past three years, Saipol has regularly assessed the feelings of its employees through the Great Place to Work survey, which measures the employee experience. Thanks to this annual survey, the company can monitor changes in its teams’ expectations and identify actions to be taken to improve the work environment.

In 2024, the results have further improved, with:

  • a Trust Index of 73%
  • and a 79% positive response rate to the key question: “Overall, I can say it’s a really great company to work for.”

This reflects the success of actions taken to strengthen employee trust and commitment.

The GPTW 2024 survey highlights three areas of strength at Saipol:

  • Diversity and inclusion: with a score of 86%, up 2 points from 2023;
  • Work-life balance: with a score of 84%, up 5 points;
  • Leadership: with a score of 75%, also up 5 points.

These results demonstrate Saipol’s commitment to developing within the framework of a collective and inclusive project that enables each employee to fulfil his or her potential.

This third certification marks our desire to improve even more.
