On International Women’s Rights Day, Saipol’s female employees wanted to take part in a collective initiative by sharing their portraits and describing their roles at one of our five production plants in France or at the company’s head office.
Our objective? To make women in industry more visible.
Thanks to the involvement of our female employees, we can share and illustrate a powerful message: at Saipol, women have access to all professions!
Through this initiative, we show that every role, without exception, whatever the field, is open to women.
This initiative also reflects our ambition to bring greater gender diversity to our teams. We also hope to inspire new career paths among women for whom the industrial sector is not yet an option or career choice today.
