Article written on 8 September 2026
Storage organizations, industry players, supply chain experts and employees: the Empreinte program brings together stakeholders with different realities and challenges. Through this series of video testimonials, they share their field experience, convictions and views on the conditions that make it possible to align the expectations of upstream and downstream players, create value throughout the value chain and support the rollout of agroecological practices.

Giving all stakeholders a voice to understand the challenges of the industry.

Creating value for farmers, meeting the climate objectives of industry players, strengthening supply chain traceability: how can these challenges be reconciled ?

The agricultural and food transition does not rely on a single stakeholder. It is built through the mobilization of the entire value chain: from producers to industry players, including storage organizations, technical institutes and customers.

On the occasion of the round table organized by Saipol and PepsiCo at the 2026 International Agricultural Show, we wanted to extend the discussions by gathering the testimonies of those who are helping to transform agricultural practices and decarbonize the agri-food sector, through a low-carbon program such as Empreinte by Saipol.

Through this video series, the stakeholders involved in the Empreinte program share their field experience, convictions and feedback. Storage organizations, industry players, supply chain experts and employees each provide their perspective on the conditions required to get involved and contribute to the transformation of agricultural and food supply chains.
